TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

RESERVATIONS

1. Once you submit your information, an agent will contact you to confirm the availability of the yacht and/or extra services you requested. 

​2. If the yacht and/or extra services you solicited are available in the departure date and time the reservation will be emitted and become effective once a payment of a 20% of the total cost of the yacht and 50% of the extra services requested is received.

3. The remaining 80% & 50% must be paid on your yacht one day prior your reservation date or at the time of boarding.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

​1. Payment methods: credit card (by link), cash, bank transfer.

2. Rental quote price does not include Captain & Crew gratuity.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no cancellations o refunds unless: 

a) Bad weather or for safety reasons determined by the Captain: a credit of the yacht´s rental fee will be issued with no expiration or 70% refunded.

b) If your reserved yacht becomes unavailable, we will accommodate a similar model or upgrade to next available yacht at no additional cost or 70% refunded.

c) although is rarely to happen, if an issue may arise with the yacht ,out of our control, a credit of the yacht´s rental fee will be issued with no expiration or 70% refunded.

Under any circumstances the extra services will be refunded.
